$32.00
What is a Spurtle? It is an old Scottish kitchen tool dating from the 15th century, that is used to stir porridge, soups, stews and broths. A rod-like shape ensure that the porridge can be stirred without congealing and forming lumps. Unlike a spoon, which has a dragging effect during stirring. A handy implement to have in the kitchen, these spurtles are made from an array of different timbers, giving you the choice of various colours to brighten up your cooking area, as well as being a stylish addition to your cooking space to make you feel like a master chef.
